What Century ?
My youngest son is 16 of 4 kids, my only grandson at this time is 2. Shares are in a Roth IRA...transferable I hear...
30 Billion X 5% = 1.5 Billion
1.5 Billion - 1.469 Billion = 31 Million
Encounter Technologies Inc is at 34.068 Million
34.068 Million - 31 Million = 3.068 Million
Not sure you call 3 MIA certs a short though but I have to assume 900,000 k paid for them at .10.
So if player B paid cash for 6,000,000 2010 shares and Player A covered 6,000,000 and 3,000,000 MIA shares. Then if player B sells 6,000,000 and 1 cert and gets 3 Million back or 3:1 in return. Wouldn't the market then have to buy 3 Million out of the SS to cover player A's expense of buying the 3 million shares?
Now lets say the SS is 50 Million and forward splits to 500 Million shares and all 500 million have to be bought. What happens when those 3 million become 30 million in a forward split and also are in the 500 million SS.
Might take $142.00 per share to buy those 30 Million shares and give them to player A.
Fuzzy Math said $4,260,000,000.00, However there are those in the $20-35 range... still $1,050,000,000.00
I did see one brokerage asset sell for $275,000,000.00.
Still a little short I'd say on a FINRA approved Corporate action
