Ok, I understand your intent. So there are 2 classifications for shares/I have heard of of Preferred shares with large corporations on the talk with CNBC as an example. Some web browsing or experts on this board may help clarify the difference and how exactly QMC is setting up for this "new classification". You may be raising a good point that needs further examination.
