There has to be a rational answer as to why UCPA doesn't complete its audit and reverse split the stock. They're making $50M annual revenue, so its not an affordability issue. Even if the audit cost $300k it wouldn't kill UCPA, and I'm being generous with the cost.

I wonder what "it" is...
