The 4th Amendment to the Constitution for one. Not only are pat downs a violation, but x-ray screening exposes one to dangerous ionizing radiation harmful to our health. They also expose innocent citizens to unflattering and embarrassing surveillance by TSA agents. They can see you naked.

This is Easy ... Unlike Israel, we have the constitutional right under the fourth amendment to Personal Privacy. I would submit that our bodies are personal property and the viewing of it is a violates the 4th Amendment.

However, you have the fight to allow anyone to do whatever you would like them to do to you to cancel those rights.

I would suggest that you do not expect the rest of us to follow along.
