This is about his battle earlier this year, may be ongoing, involving a school he was Co=Chairman of Board this says, it's definitely him, his Bio refers to this school and his involvement there --

hope he cares as much about his rep in the business world and what he and his team have done to the small investors who have been fleeced by the debt holders and consultants (who seem to be unnamed), there may be a real product there == his YOuRTube video claims it cost a lot of R & D and that's where the toxic debt financing came in --

but he seems to be well off and so does the Pres. in Pleasanton, CA (that is not SoCal BTW I think it's closer to San Fran),

Seems this court battle is ongoing and sounds kinda frivolous, wish he'd turn that energy to controlllng the ones dumping:
