If they can avoid maxing out the A/S and avoid an r/s over the next few months, then this could really get going.

They need the LOC and they need enough revenue to begin retiring notes.

Several years ago, I was in a stock that I thought I lost my entire investment in and pretty much wrote it off. A few months later, it woke up and skyrocketed. It can definitely happen, I've lived it several times. I've also lost money as well. We shall see how this pans out.
