That is what happened. Plain and simple. Marilu and hub ran btzo in to the ground, couldn't pay their loans and were forced into dealing with kreisler. Taking out more loans to buy greenshift out of their problems while screwing btzo even more. How anyone that has read the filings possibly think otherwise? The forced merger certainly had no benefit to btzo. Only benefit was for paying off greenshift's bs.
