My legal training is getting ancient. My general education though is current, and includes at least basic reading comprehension. I agree that Dimension may pursue the abuse of process claim. Just said so, in fact. I haven't insisted they won't. But I do think they likely won't. But maybe they will, and choose to devote time and a lot of money to the two years of fresh litigation you threaten. Time will tell. Up to them.
I don't know what you are referring to when you say the judge said that Dimension could pursue to recover actual legal expenses other than through a claim based on abuse of process of some kind. And I don't know what you are referring to when you say that in Nevada claims that are dismissed with prejudice can be re-filed at any time. Nevada is a curious place, I'm sure, but likely not in this way.
The best indication that the case is closed though is the entry in the court record: "case closed".
