I do not think so, the Q mentions they have been working together for awhile lets assume September since that is when the LOI was signed. They have green lit the financials, the most important part of the deal for the audit.
They seem to be searching for the right place to get the data out of old software into new software and tie in the POS for their locations.
I'm not sure how long that has been going on, but I am going to assume again over a few weeks. My guess is they are close and the actual audit starts in January.
