That is correct, it isn't even in criminal court yet although someone reading this board might think it is. The depositions for the bankruptcy case are just getting started. McGann isn't even being deposed (maybe he will be but he isn't on the list of those to be deposed currently). Focus should be on finding something out that can reduce debt to PP and eliminate CIC payment. Focus on getting a better deal than L3 too.
