the HHSE blog claimed that they "tendered" the $1,000 plus a legal stipend, to the DC photographer back on October 27!

Why would the photographer take $1000 now, if he refused in October?

Or is it possible they never "tendered" the $1,000 as claimed in the blog?

Must be difficult to keep the various lies straight--- Eric needs to re-read his older blogs to avoid making a liar out of himself.
