Lol, yea in addition to your response and bucky's response, #1 Unless Zacks just started a program that allows their interns to assign ratings to stocks, to my knowledge they dont cover CYDY (yes it would be some auto generated program that uses a rinky dink price to sales formula, or something along those lines). #2 I dont know who wrote that article but Zacks hasnt downgraded anything as you can see here:
