How so? I've been unable to find any inside option activity. The AS has not gone up monthly. Most the convertible debts are not new and have been getting paid down. Just curious as to your logic as to how they are diluting a billion shares a month?
I think the biggest struggle rn in getting the pps up is they need to act on the news they are giving. Also although most holders would hate it IMO a RS would not be bad for this company. No way they can get pps anywhere close to $1 per share with # of OS
