At least we know they are taking some steps forward. I'm hoping this extended dilution isn't just to pay the burn rate but is also paying for the production of patches and other products. I would really like to see some news about patch sales plans and confirmation that 1/2/2017 is the start date. A purchase order would be nice also.

Maybe they will attract more investors here and abroad with the presentation and publication.
