The wording there does make you curious. I thought the same thing. It could simply be an update on the direction with that specific MJ JV but the way it was worded made me ask the same question. I doubt it since they were "finalizing" the deals last week but it was poorly worded especially since the deals are still speculation at this point. Also you have to assume that since these are JV's ONCI isn't responsible for bringing a fully operational app to the table before a deal is even done. That is kind of the point of a JV is to "work together."

Ur right, sounds a little fishy there to me. Same thoughts crossed my mind as I was reading it. Seems like a twist and a reason to wiggle out of it as a reason for delay. Cause for concern, I am a straight shooter even though I am in this stock.

Berman better not be pussyfooting and deliver the goods. This is no time for delay, show us the goods.
