I am currently in Europe launching our Drive Safe App with the FMS team. I plan on providing regular material announcements to the market as our global expansion endeavors begin to propel through the next levels of growth. At this point I am confident that shareholders will see the first of many releases regarding our global expansion sometime this week. Frankly, I wish that I could’ve brought every ONCI shareholder along with me into the meetings that I’ve had this week. It is difficult to articulate everything that is on the table at this point and the vast worldwide potential before us.

As many of you already know, ONCI currently has three MJ Joint-Venture targets that all involve MJ-related products and/or services (emphasis on “services”). Upon further discussions with our attorneys and the FMS team, I have determined that effective immediately ONCI will begin the process of creating a unique Cannabis App Development Company under the ONCI parent company.

Both ONCI and our target Joint-Venture companies agree that by establishing a unique company designed specifically to create and acquire profitable apps for the MJ/MMJ community better complements the conditions necessary for the legal framework of the pending deals before the closing(s). One of our privately-held JV target companies was specifically interested in the possibility of forming a new publicly-traded spinoff company once monthly revenues attained a specific goal. ONCI is open to this possibility and would reward/involve our existing shareholders accordingly if this comes to fruition.

I want to assure our shareholders that not only is our multi-language FMS Drive Safe App global launch already being well received, our future MJ partners are becoming more and more convinced of ONCI’s ability to successfully operate within the booming app industry. We aren’t just talking a good game. We are able to show these target companies real numbers and real successes that are happening in real time. ONCI is already in discussions with two of the target JV companies concerning marketing opportunities, branding, and global sales plan initiatives. I am thrilled to report there is a tremendous synergy at work.
