*The only hope for the ticker $PERL is an 8-K filing for a reverse merger into the shell or a reinstatement with a new name and new business, etc. to SCAM new suckers to dump shares on. The SS isn't horrible at all, but there is ABSOLUTELY NADA going on here. The MGMT are CONS who lie in emails, can't keep a business licence active for a measly $80 bucks and claim to be (by an unreliable source) buying back shares of the float, yet NO FILINGS!!! NOT A SINGLE FORM-4 OR ANYTHING!! They can't even afford a few hundred bucks to become "CURRENT" on Pinksheets (OTCmarkets.com)

Buying shares of $PERL = sitting for maybe EVER waiting for a miracle! IMO
