I would say with 95% certainty to be TRP.

They never left and were always the first to put their money where their mouth was. The test we did with them was successful. They knew it was on the worst possible line and pump station and we all know about the electrical issue which is now fixed, so it stands to reason that it would be TRP. Even under the unfavorable conditions, we tested & it came through.
