Most of your online trading accounts offer real-time quotes as long as you're a member. Download their programs and you can see volume & price at real-time. It's pretty sweet actually. If you wait 20 minutes, you can use the level 2 quotes on IHUB to see the volume buys & sells.

I have something called "last trade" on Ameritrade. It logs every sale and for how much. Very helpful as Ameritrade does not have L2's on RSHN. I works very similar to that.
