$KUSH remains relevant to $CBDS shareholders,

There are many $CBDS shareholders who are currently stuck with illiquid equity in a pseudo-private company of KUSH Inc.

As far as I've searched, there has been no updates on the CBDS-spinoff company :(. Personally, I would love to do a reverse-split or trade my equity in KUSH for a ratio CBDS shares which the KUSH shares were initially valued on.
