looks like a guy bot all the assets, merged them into another entity & assumed the liabilities and existing shareholders got $1.25/share back in '05. All that was left was the shell. IMO

Last year at this time, price spike to .12! Guess someone needs money for Xmas presents so they moved the stock...lol...rinse, repeat?
