Haven't seen any real pumping anywhere... the bid is quite strong as of now at 0.0004 - all I can guess is that something is going on behind door and some who may know are quietly accumulating.
If it weren't because some stacking a few shares at the ask while the action is going on, this could had been a lot higher by now... but, who knows..
