Now we're getting some where. So when do they have to pay back the 10 million? What are the terms?
Stating that revenue will be in the millions by the year end is blatant hype. They have made similar misleading comments in the past. I find it hard to believe that if Cyberisk were going to pull in "millions" that the main guy wouldn't have left last month. Now it's only 1 guy.
Suing Cisco is concerning but perhaps there is something more happening behind the scenes. Given that a member of Finjan's board is the former President and COO of Cisco and that the Cyberisk person is the former director of operations of Cisco I think Finjan is posturing to get a buyout approved by Cisco's board. Mr. Moore must know that the board wouldn't approve a buyout unless presented with a reason. I may be grasping for straws but I'm otherwise perplexed as to why they would burn the bridge with the biggest ally.
