L3 is licensed technology for big system integration and Implant focuses on "sensors" and handhelds and hyphenated systems. How they get a loan allowing that I have no idea. That is an old idea floated on the board many times. What is new is the Horiba outlet for Implant's mass spectrometer tech for quite a few commercial years.
