One should keep in mind that all 13 HFT exchanges pay a .03 rebate to the volume traders. That is per share,per trade, regardless of direction. The HUGE funds are simply front running a number of stocks to keep them in a "channel" in which the share price can be controlled. Cheaper shares= more shares to trade=more rebates.
Do the math on say 100,000 shares traded maybe 3-4 times per day.
This IS what is happening. BAC has ALL the fundamentals in place and only good issues forthcoming.
BAC is a strong buy, just being "manipulated".
