shilverbug the share price is based on the last transaction regardless of volume or OS. That's why stocks with very low volume are sometimes dangerous as the price is easy to manipulate.

Example:
If we are at .0031 and I buy 1 share at the ask, lets say the only ask is .005 for whatever reason, as soon as that transaction completes the share price is .005 the stock shows it is up 61% until the next transaction.

My apologies if you already knew this but it sounded like you weren't sure.
