What does the word retired mean to you?/

When a company announce s a share retirement ,
.
That means the shares are disposed of and are gone period forever

Not simply changed from common to preferred for 12 months

Holy freaking cow its no wonder companies get away with bullshit ..

Redchip doesn't even bother to explain the entire story they just say the shares are retired but don't mention that actually they were only changed to preferred
