Banro is a Canada domiciled company. So, a rising U.S. dollar would lower the price of Banro stock, for people trading in U.S. dollars, even if Banro sold fast food.

Common stock is just like everything else. A rising dollar makes imports (even "imported" common stock") cheaper.
