Presumably the royalty payments however meager from the mass spectrometer licensing to Horiba would have passed to Implant after Implant bought Ion Metrics. Was there ever any mention of said royalties in any IMSC report?
Consider also how this licensing agreement would hamper IMSC from using its mass spectrometer technology for anything but ETD - perhaps.
The details of that Horiba agreement and how it affected IMSC's use of mass spectrometer tech. might be important in discovery.
