Prove that ROTH EVER SAID THAT? The company has only said that they will of course abide by the FDA wishes that if the company wants to sell Sucanon in the US it would have to conduct FDA clinical trials.
All we ever say is that it is a lie to say that the FDA doesn't classify Sucanon as a DRUG!
Regarding your post"......ROTH has repeatedly said it was in "GOOD STANDING" with the FDA when it has no such designation. ROTH IS MATERIALLY MISLEADING INVESTORS.
