proteinspike, you're welcome; actually Paperclick was renamed qode on June 28, 2006 so it is a more accurate descriptive name of the IP and product (ie more than solely clicking on a barcode on a product for ex., it will eventually encompass RFID and voice for ex.)
Existing patent claim(s) cover RFID (a machine readable identifer) ibut am going to be out for awhile now ~ perhaps others here can help you with the patent listings on that front in the meantime.
