You've stated this before. Yet, we have several outsiders who have from all appearances great reputations and they've taken over the company.

This for the most part invalidates your arguments about SS and gang.

Sri has a solid reputation and regardless of SS's last company endeavors, Sri signed into QMC's board and then CEO. He doesn't at this point have a significant number of shares. At current market value, he's got $1 million. As if that's enough for anyone to sacrifice their career and continued income in hopes of pulling off a scam managing a fully SEC reporting company.
