If there was anything here they would of been bought up long ago.It's at low sub-penny for a reason.Look at all the R/S's and name changes the past few years.Read the quarterly's.Its all there.Huge losses,convertible debt plus the ominous "Substantial doubt about our ability to continue as a going concern".
