So oddly Ruppert included a $100,000 and a $50,000 Convertible Note by mistake and is just now withdrawing the $50,000 Kalisky Note.

In the Plaintiff's Motion to Correct Scrivener's Error - it states that $60,000 note was really a $25,000.

But the Kalisky Note was for $50,000 Note that had already been settled - so it seems as though Ruppert still can't get his lies straight.

Then in the Motion to Withdraw a Promissory Note filed on 12/02/2016 - the Note withdrawn was the Kalisky $50,000 note.

What a complete disaster.

Oh Ruppert must of been very excited about the Spicy beer Mix and Mucho Macho Sausages. Throwing all this money at NGCG. Certainly seems plausible, it was all about the shares and not about the company having any potential.
