I believe it was for debt interest. They don't have any toxic notes.

as of 3 weeks ago it was 94.6m OS which looks the same as before.. :/

although conversion to retire debt is not a bad thing. cleans up the balance sheet and may long term not be as "dilutive"

My guess is that we are seeing the last of these notes dropping the last few days. Get them out of the way before we roll into 2017. I believe 2017 will be an epic year for UBQU- HempLife Today and shareholders. JMO
