having just reread the dec. update from the blog on on4 website;

-we will likely hear about the public MJ JV this week (so long as what wasn't finalized on fri. is this week).

-seems they are pretty far along, to the level of agreements and lawyer detail with the other two private co's. while he may stretch out the PR's strategically, seems we could hear about them sooner, IMO.
