First, GT rarely talks on phone so maybe it happened and maybe it did not. And second, he knows exactly why the price is not up.....not enough revenue and too much dilution. And as far as LOC, I heard it is very close. Trust me, they WILL NOT take any path to RS as that will invite much scrutiny and GT knows what that is and would never even say it was a possibility......trust me, I've asked many times.
