If a vaccine is used as an adjuvant, it isn't much of a vaccine.
You probably know of the poor third world TB vaccine that is a package of microbes that is used as an adjuvant for other experimental vaccines. BCG has also been used as a bladder cancer treatment that has been called a vaccine without the an antigen or systemic effect.
Could Lm be used as an adjuvant for disease with current treatments as antigens?
I guess if you say so but it doesn't sound right.
