Stockrancher--loved your last post. Could be any number of scenerios in play. I almost wonder if this isn't a creative way to funnel some business through this company, and not only get the business proceeds but get the increase in the share price of the stock. The insiders are likely in an undisclosed stock that doesn't move very fast. Likely the underwritters of the Warehouse line of Credit.
Run some business through a start up and show huge gains, and profit from the run up of the stock. Shoot 2 cents doubles the stock! This must be some kind of this leverage in order to come out of no-where and end up with a 50 Million dollar line of credit.
The insiders here are planning on this thing going up--no question about it!! That can be the only scenerio in order to justify the cash flow. There certainly was no equity brought to the table from the previous shells..
