That is an accurate assessment and wise course of action on a possible reaction.

I truly hope everyone waits for final proxy before over reacting.
But people will do what they want based on ASSUMPTION only at this point.
I for one will be there to take cheap stock if it materializes.

Some DD on Nasdaq listing may help some. For one they wont take a lopsided share structure that has even the appearance of being a Dilution Program on their exchange...NO WAY.

I believe that the final proxy will have reasonable numbers and I feel highly confident that Management is not out to "fleece" the investors as management will be fleeced as well!!

Like I said if anyone really believes that QMC management is out to enrich themselves at the expense of shareholders you should probably move along quietly as that is a misplaced assumption at best.
