It's an office space 10 times what is need and the main activities that go on there are:

- Snacking on Coke and Cheetos while tweeting and reading message boards
- Periodically doing some basic low margin micro-array runs
- Trying to stave of creditors, judgment holders and lien holders
- Trying to get or keep attorneys in their various litigations and legal related matters
- Search the web for the next "hedge fund" or IB that deals with deeply distressed companies so they can cold call them and email them a ridiculous "proposal" and then go tweet about it.
- Using it as a place to go outside their residence
