Ross was part of the fraud - as the money from the shares Ruppert dumped was split with Ross.

Don't worry the SEC will be interested in getting involved with a recidivist such as Ruppert.

I also have a feeling that the IRS will also be interested.

Ruppert screwed up this time.

That would certainly be a big red flag. If the person suing NGCG IE Ruppert, then turned around and share the proceeding from the lawsuit with a insider IE Ross from NGCG.

Is that true?
