I'm not sure why you think that is good news. Of course they have to get the $94M for the 32% from somewhere. But it seems to me, by doing so, he is putting his own interests above the shareholders'. Which is a conflict of interest.

Solomon is the reason for the poor cash (flow) position to begin with! And now he wants to get that 32% at 1xNTA for himself?

I have offered 4 alternative solutions now which would enable the company to take at least a big chunk of that 32%, and create lots of shareholder value in the process. They all work. And you are telling me this BOD can't figure it out?

Let's see where Dan stands in this. Or is he planning to rip us off too? The guy is our last hope. Perhaps we should make him CFO, CEO, COO, and Chairman.
