a No vote, breakdown of the Euro, Interest Rate Hikes, could potentially get SDOW moving in an uptrend. Causing sideways action in the Dow, but then at about Feb. or March the situation may need to be analyzed again..

Could see a target of 14-20$ perhaps ?
