Uhh no, I never once said that, that's simply wrong.

As usual I am 100% correct.

Remember when you posted that I stated Kim filed a lawsuit against Ruppert - the term contested obviously caused a great deal of confusion.

Then, there's this: "Kim contested the Ruppert/Ross 3(a)(10) lawsuit scam." It appears clear from the legal filings the it was RUPPERT who filed suit, not Kim. Also, since Kalisky was a much larger player in the scam I don't see why Kim only had a problem with Ruppert's involvement.
