No. I see a R/S as likely option A after sales are announced to bump us quickly onto the NASDAQ. I don't see a R/S occurring without commercial success. There's no need given they will have 200,000 more shares available to issue. Without the 200k increase, then a R/S would be needed to have more shares to issue.
