"During the six months ended October 31, 2016, the Company acquired funds through the Company’s S-3 Registration Statement pursuant to which its exclusive placement agent, Chardan Capital Markets, LLC (“Chardan”), sold shares of common stock “at-the-market” or in negotiated block trades in a program which is structured to provide up to $50 million dollars to the Company less certain commissions."
Now Everyone know the reason why bunch of people, groups, shorties, day-traders, swing-traders tried to push the PPS down so they can take the advantage of Longs to flip the PPS on the day to day basis for their living but they didn't even care this CiaB Technology trying to accomplish to help cure cancer people need it out there.
I am confident that with the recent FDA approval for the Pre-Clinical meeting this week. Big investors will be on board and push the PPS get it above $.10 so that PMCB will get their $50M from Chardan to support the Clinical Trials.
Forget about all of the noises and echos, PMCB will get above $.0824 and we will be hitting the Clinical Trials with those $50M and no more excuses from them.

BTW: NITE tried to help WDCO today to exchange hand so we close at $.0703 instead of $.073. I think once we hit above $.0824 next week.
