I don't understand the insistence that VTPI's revenues have any bearing on Western's takeover in order to create a REIT without any confirmation that Vital's business and officers will remain.

There's a saying, "Know what you own".

There are three contacts available in order for shareholders and prospective investors to find out. Yet, not one person has been able to get a response to a reasonable question from the parties involved in order for anyone to know what they'll own if they invest in this ticker.

That should be a concern.
