Didn't realize it at the time, but Gen. Bucha had probably already sold the alloted shares in the offering. He was probably wanting $5 per then, which would explain why their were no breathers in the price action from $1.60 to $5.
It's probably a tough sell (asking $5) when the stock price is around $3 or lower. But what we have going for us is a pretty tight float. I estimate no bigger than 6M shares (then), and likely much smaller. If someone was interested in buying, the offering is the more cost effective method to establishing a position for big players.
