Put it this way .... Anytime I say I sold at a certain price from a certain price, I'll allow anyone to challenge the trade if they're willing to put up the amount of money of their choice. Both parties send said amount to an attorney and then I have to prove the trade. If I don't, the challenger gets all the cash. When I do prove the trade within 3 days, I get all the cash. Sound fair ? Put up or shut up. Simple as that .....
"Since you've now admitted that you bought and held some shares at 3.70, are you still holding some other old shares that you bought above 3.70? If so, now is the time to come clean. We don't want you soon to be bragging about how you sold your old 4.20 shares at 5!!"
